DESCRIPTION

OSVX573 - Joint Sealant Primer is a one component moisture curing primer formulated to improve adhesion of Polymeric Joint Systems.OSVX573 - Joint Sealant Primer is easy to use and provides extra protection in applications where standing water or submersion will be present. OSVX573 - Joint Sealant Primer acts to increase bond between organic and inorganic interfaces, binding together weak areas and creating a tough surface.

WHERE TO USE

OSVX573 - Joint Sealant Primer is for use on concrete, steel, timber and other masonry type construction materials. When used on clean concrete free from oil, dirt, or curing compounds, sandblasting can be avoided. OSVX573 - Joint Sealant Primer will reinforce cement matrix and double the bond strength of the material, which is applied over the OSVX573 - Joint Sealant Primer. For the best results, prime concrete surface, apply material and test for bond.

APPLICATION

Stir well before using. Remove all loose particles, dirt and laitance by means of sandblasting, water-blasting or wire brushing. OSVX573 - Joint Sealant Primer can be applied by brush, roller or conventional spraying. Coverage depends on the porosity of the surface. Apply one coat at approximately 300 sq. ft/gal.

1 quart, 1 gallon, 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.

1 year

LIMITATIONS

Surface must be absolutely dry for application. Keep container closed tightly when not in use. Do not use below 40�F.

CAUTION

FLAMMABLE! CONTAINS XYLENE AND POLYMERIC ISOCYANATE. Avoid breathing of vapors and spray mists. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame.
