SURFACE PREPARATIONSurface must be clean and sound. Remove all dirt, laitance, grease curing compounds and other foreign matter by sandblasting, shot blasting, or mechanical abrasion. Remove water and dust from all surfaces with an oil-free blast immediately prior to application. See Epoxy.com Surface Preparation Guide for more details. MIXING AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSApplication of Epoxy.com Product #32 Flexible Epoxy can be applied with brush roller or spray. When spraying back-roll to ensure good contact with surface. One coats at a minimum thickness of 32-40 mils each (40-50 square feet per gallon) is recommended. Do not use in temperatures below 50 degrees F, as cooler temperatures delay hardening. SAFETY PRECAUTIONSProlonged or repeated exposure may cause eye and skin irritation. If contact occurs, wash immediately and seek medical help. Use safety glasses with side shields and wear protective rubber gloves. CLEANINGAll tools and equipment should be cleaned before the system gels. Use MEK, Acetone, or any lacquer solvent.
